Steven "Jillian" Woodard (6 July 1947 - 8 July 1995), better known by his stage name Jerk Out Steve, was an American musician. He was a member of the group/band "The Baxing Band" from 1982 to 1986. He died two days after his 48th birthday from a drug overdose.
