Fenimore Cook is a New Zealand businessman and antagonist from the PKNA comics. He acts in the shadow to cover criminal actions against Māori villages led by Rangi Fangus. Years ago, when Angus Fangus still lived in New Zealand, he blackmailed Cook to leave his clan's land alone in exchange to not publish Cook's dumping of chemical waste. Cook took the deal, but threathened Fangus to make him leave New Zealand.
