"Cheek to Cheek" was written by Irving Berlin for the 1935 Fred Astaire movie Top Hat. Danny Kaye and Miss Piggy sang a combative version of the song on episode 316 of The Muppet Show. Beauregard also sang it to his mop Belleregard in the 1984 stage show, The Muppet Show On Tour. The song was parodies twice on Sesame Street, as "Seven Goldfish" and "Seven."
