Hugh Lloyd (1923-2008) was a British actor who played the fishface footman in the Creature Shop-effects film Alice in Wonderland. Lloyd established himself as a foil on British comedy series opposite the likes of Tony Hancock and Benny Hill, and later starred in such sitcoms as Lollipop Loves Mr. Mole. He also appeared on Doctor Who, as beekeeper Goronwy in the 1987 story "Delta and the Bannermen." Other TV credits include the Dickens adaptations Great Expectations (as the Aged P) and Oliver Twist (as a vicar), and a guest spot on My Hero as Santa Claus.
