Grask is a Chichin junk dealer from El Dorado Drift. He and Dylan Hunt negotiated for spare parts for the Andromeda Ascendant. Tyr did not trust him, because he was a Chichin and ate his own young. However, when it came to light that he had sold Andromeda faulty parts, the crew dragged him back on board, and Dylan placed the ship in danger, at which point Grask "volunteered" functional parts he just happened to have with him, to ensure their collective safety.
