Dr. Genzo is the evil doctor of Nintendo Rocket. He can be found like a Weegee on the IRC now that he has a computer. He is also known for having a creepy avatar, thanks to Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro, and recently the Touhou Project games. It is rumored that he's good friends with ChanServ. Dr. Genzo has found NR to be a wonderful place, and will always come back when he isn't helplessly lovesick. He may tend to refer to himself in the third person, like he's doing right now. It is said that he is trained in the ancient martial art known only as "Sexy Commando."
