Roadbuilders are a technology used throughout the Commonwealth. They are mini-factories on tracks that chew up soil and clay with harmonic blades before processing it via a chemical reaction into enzyme bonded concrete that is squeezed out to make a flat surface. The steam and dust kicked up by these machines means it is difficult to see them in action.
