The Teluvians are a spacefaring civilization from the planet Teluvia. They were a subject race of the Romulan Star Empire in the 24th century. Teluvians were not allowed to leave Romulan space, but enjoyed a degree of freedom to travel within it. In 2381, Spock saw several members of the Teluvian race on Terix II. Although Spock knew of the species, it was the first time he had seen a member of the Teluvian race in the flesh.
