The Honored Ones were five members of the Karran society who were chosen for their Wraithfall ceremony every three months. They were meant to be the best specimens of their people and were given the holy medallion of Karra before being culled by a Wraith Dart and taken to Karra's neighbouring planet, Vohl, where they were tortured and fed upon by the Wraith in the experimental laboratory.
