The Damarthian Kingdom was formed in 24,064 BBY from the many Damarthian Tribes. It's founding document was the Chieftain Pact, document that each Chieftain signed, promising to serve the new king whoever he may be. Some Chieftains didn't sign the agreement, so they were left to peace. These tribes were later admitted, one by one, into the Damarthian Kingdom
