David Karsnia is a sergeant with the Minnesota police. He is not well regarded by his superiors or most of his peers on the force. In fact, they were so disappointed with him that they wanted to get rid of him. It was decided that the best way was to figure out the worst possible assignment to give him in order to manipulate him into quitting. Sgt. Karsnia's captain decided that assigning him to gay bathroom duty at the Minneapolis airport would be the easiest and most discreet way to finally get rid of him. LOL!
