J. Keehan is a character mentioned in Doom (2016) on several of the security terminals accessed by the Doom Slayer. It almost always appears after a security report filed to Z-Sec, and mentions to recover security implant for the user and file with scan station. This suggests he is probably head of the Security department, and needs any of the implants from any major incidents that occur.
