Norman Groulx is a voice actor and song performer. He provided the voice of Carlos on Postcards from Buster and has performed several songs for Arthur. His other work includes the voice of Boris in the Halloween special Spookley the Square Pumpkin and the performance of two songs on Caillou's Holiday Movie, a movie from the PBS Kids series Caillou.
