Paul Jacobs (born March 9, 1894) was a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played one game in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Toronto Arenas during the 1918–19 NHL season. He played senior hockey in Montreal from 1912 to 1915 and then went one season for New Haven in 1915-16. In the rest of the 1918-19 season he played for the Montreal Stars in the Montreal City Hockey League. Jacobs played senior hockey in Quebec City, Montreal, and Cleveland before retiring in 1925.
