Al Hillah was a place in Iraq where the Global Community's secret stockpile of nuclear weapons, surrendered by the rest of the world at the beginning of the Tribulation, was located. It was also where the Global Community government was temporarily relocated following the plague of darkness over New Babylon with the fifth Bowl Judgment, and also where control of television networks was relocated for the rest of the Tribulation period.
