Garth Hoskin was a Chatsworthian born after The Change. He was short at five-seven but stocky. After becoming a Chatsworth Lancer, he took to the training, practicing with sword, lance, ax and mace and keen to pump iron when he wasn't. He escorted Bruce Delgado when he went for a personal inspection of the frontier between Chatsworth and Topanga and suggested bypassing Topangan defenses by using Old Topanga Cannon Road but Bruce wasn't convinced it would work.
