The First Division (一番隊, ichibantai), is one of the nine divisions of the Ryū Order, headed by Captain Kenji Hiroshi. The First Division Captain is recognized as the Head-Captain of the entire Order, with complete command authority over every sector and aspect within the Order's command, with the exclusion of Task Force 101 and the Dragonforce, which is headed by Ino Hiroshi and Tyrell Nishiki respectively. Per Kazuma's promotion to Sub-Commander of the Dragonforce, the position of Lieutenant was taken up by Ace.
