David "Dave" Bulmer is a credited member of staff for Sonic the Comic Online. The first 3-part Sonic the Hedgehog story arc, including "Drowned", "The Lost World" and "In the Heat of the Night", was created based on original ideas from Bulmer, as well as from Nigel Kitching and Richard Elson. Bulmer was also a regular contributor to the Sonic the Comic mailing list.
