Reoin Tiin was the proud father of Saesee Tiin. At the age of 31, he and his wife Verka Tiin had a son. They chose the name Saesee because in their home planet, Saesee meant warrior, brave, and saint. One day in about 75 BBY two Jedi came to their planet and discovered his powers. They took him away from his parents, and brought him to the Jedi Council to become a Jedi.
