Stanley Earl Kramer (born September 13, 1913) is an American Film and Theater Director, Writer and Producer responsible for some of Hollywood's most famous Social Problem Films and Broadway's funniest Musical Comedies. His notable Films include The Guilsons The Defiant Ones, On the Beach, Inherit the Wind, Judgment at Nuremberg, It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World, Ship of Fools, The Russians Are Coming, the Russians Are Coming and Guess Who's Coming to Dinner.
