Vegeta assumes this form in a very interesting way. He achieves this form through rage which was thought to seem impossible before when Bills kills Bulma with a ki blast to try and test Vegeta's power. This backfires however as Vegeta fully channels his strength and becomes a Super Saiyan God. He is able to fight exactly evenly with Bills.
