The Bilini were a race native to Namezk, a planet in the Klingon Neutral Zone. The Bilini once held Orions in slavery by the Treaty of Kammzdast until they were liberated in the Orion War of 94–56 BCE (reference stardates −20/9401.03–5602.13). Afterwards, the Bilini civilization fell into decline while Orions rose in their New Days.
