Wally Dithers ran a "Centre for the Undecided" in the Emerald Hill Zone for people who couldn't make up their minds, promising to make them more assertive. However, when a group of Emerald Hill Folk arrived for help picking their New Year's resolutions, he used their indecisiveness to convince them to resolve to destroy Sonic the Hedgehog. When they hesitated, he accused them of cowardice and talked them into it. Dithers was last seen lying in the snow next to the destroyed tank, seeing stars.
