Antoine Charles Johannes Poulain (Orange Town, Talmoria, November 8th 2965 - Orange Town, Leshako, September 7th, 3069), is a Talmorian politician of the Nationalist Party of Talmoria, Congressman of the same country, was Talmorian Minister of Justice, President of the Republic of Talmoria, Prime Minister of the Republic of Talmoria diplomat and writer. He is married with Helen Poulain, the President of the National Congress of Talmoria.
