Roter is an Archbishop stationed at the Paradise Group headquarters to help adventurers. He is very egotistical and thinks of every adventurer as mere Novices compared to him. He used to be an active adventurer, but considers himself retired since he believes his skills are so great that he is needed to aid newer adventurers. According to his disciple Gelka, he was once stung by a bee and has been traumatized by the experience since. Because of this, he cannot travel to the Ash Vacuum because of the monstrous Luciola Vespas that reside there. On iRO, this character is localized as Rohtert.
