Six years ago, Oliver Queen is driving along with two women to the Starling City Plaza Hotel, when he's pulled over by Officer Hilton. The officer tells him how fast he was going, so he'll be given a fine. When Ollie fails to give his license and registration, Hilton asks him to step out of the car, but he refuses due to his not wearing pants. Oliver then uses his phone to call his father, who he requests sort the situation out. Officer Hilton then receives a call from a superior, who tells him that if he wishes to someday make detective rank, he must let Oliver Queen go. Hilton breaks the news to Ollie, who speeds off recklessly. In the present day, Mr. Patel is in a chopper being flown by an assistant.
