The Operations Room or Operations Booth is the Lower Elements Police control room, housing all the LEP's security and operated by the tech wiz centaur Foaly. It's located in Haven City in the Police Plaza. It is a titanium cube, which has polarized windows which means they can be blacked out, and an electric charged floor and speech activated security blasters as security devices. It has no direct access to the outside. Foaly became trapped in the Booth in The Arctic Incident in which Opal Koboi had used spied on him by planting camera's in the booth when upgrading LEP security systems allowing her to figure out the codes and trap him inside.
