"Overlooking the Colony", a Heart-to-Heart between Reyn and Sharla, is located on the hill here. After the Mechon attack, a break in the Central Plaza's guard rails allows the shore to be accessed more easily. The area has a western peninsula (north of and separate from Hazzai Cape) where an unusually high concentration of Colony 9 Collectables can be found during the night.
