The Happy Flappers are a new really cool sining group, one of the members entered Mopatop's Shop in the episode "The Happy Flapper". He just wrote a new song for the group but thinks that there's still something missing. Together with Mopatop and Puppyduck he discovers that the something missing were lyrics and a tune. The Happy Flappers member is a recycled version of one of the members of Nicky Napoleon and His Emperor Penguins from "Little Muppet Monsters".
