The Onyx Knights are a 23rd Founding space marine chapter. They are largely the only chapter based within the Malitox Sector. Despite an impressive battle record and an altruistic nature, the reputation of the chapter varies between Imperial organisations. They are popular with the Imperial guard but unpopular with the Inquisition and the Adeptus Mechanicus. Their reputation with other marines runs the range with some chapters viewing them favorably while others call them disgraces to the Astartes.
