In the sandbox game mode, all the characters are available for you (Even if you didn't unlock them in the game ,and even the characters with paid money),you would choose how many goals you would get,activate the time as you want and configuring until when it ends,and you could play against your opponents (again if you stopped at which character,all the characters will be available.) and you could change the background,sounds of audiences,and the funny thing you can do is:change the powershot sounds of a character to the other,in which,comedicly,would be fun! (E.G: India would use Pluto's sounds during his powershots.)
