Gerry P. Little Ocean County, New Jersey Board of Chosen Freeholders. Little was appointed to the Board of Chosen Freeholders in December 2003 following the death of Freeholder James J. Mancini. Little served three years as Police Commissioner for Long Beach Township, Freeholder Little was elected to the Surf City Borough Council in 1995, where he served for eight years.
