The unlin crab-analogue is found on the waterworld of Atlantis and is a prized delicacy. Its meat can be turned into slabs which resemble pâté and have the consistency of soft fudge. Unlin is best eaten with a fork, and a good technique is to alternate mouthfuls of crab with sips of water, in order to clear the palate.
