Rock Ball Weegee is a form of Weegee. He can turn into it, and turn out of it at will. He is extremely durable, and only extremely powerful characters such as Moar Krabs, and Sanic Hegehog can break through. He is also relatively fast in this form. In fact, he can roll up to 50% of the speed of Ball Weegee. He used this form in order to race Fastgee. Although Weegee still lost, Fastgee told Weegee that he deserves to be crowned a true speed King.
