100 years before the events of Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, Uzo City was a thriving Tharpod city. Things soon got out of hand when Dr. Nevo Binklemeyer betrayed Dr. Croid and stole his inventions. He later modified Ephemeris for space travel so that it could collect super predators for the Loki Master. After this had went on for 20 years in secret, Dr. Croid went to Uzo City to convince the rest of his kind to stop Nevo. Before he could reach Uzo City, the Loki Master learned what Dr. Croid was planning do, and not wanting the Tharpods to get in his way, sent Minions to Uzo City.
