Soldier I. Krainikov (ソールジエ＝Ｉ＝クライニコフ Sōrujie I Kurainikofu?) is a minor character introduced in Toaru Majutsu no Index series as the current President of Russia, who declares war against Academy City, sparking the international conflict known as World War III. He is not actually seen, but his existence is known by the content of the declaration of war issued by Russia on October 18 of the current year . It is unknown if he stayed President after the war ended.
