Gelsan the Outfitter is a merchant selling and buying goods for gold. According to Captain Arne, Gelsan is a "greedy cur" which is backed up by his behaviour in the quests Vanguard Equipment and Poor Tenant. Like all merchants, he sells goods at a fixed price. Watch out for Charr and Renegades who might attack you unexpectedly while you talk to Gelsan.
