Any character has the ability to make this weapon by combining a Newspaper, Alcohol Bottle, and a Lighter. (each successful creation will make five molotovs) In Resident Evil Outbreak File#2, the molotov cocktail is extremely powerful against bug foe types. Specially the Scissor Tails, Mega Bites and the Giga Bite boss.
