The Gnome is one of the five playable races in Might and Magic III: Isles of Terra, the other four being the elf, dwarf, half-orc and human. Gnomes start with the Spot Secret Doors skill, +5 points in the thievery skill, a resistance of 20 against magic, and a resistance of 2 against everything else. They have -1 hit point and +1 spell point per level. Like elves, gnomes make better spellcasters or robbers than frontline fighters, but they don't have as much of a bonus or penalty as the elves. Dark Shade and Resurrectra are the pre-made gnome characters in the game.
