The Sign-Loving Subrosian is a character from The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons. He is a Subrosian who lives in northeastern Subrosia Village, and has a strange obsession with signs. He keeps track of how many signs Link has broken, and upon reaching 100, he becomes infuriated and "punishes" Link by giving him the unappraised Sign Ring, which simply declares that Link has broken 100 signs. Prior to giving Link the ring, he flashes the start-up screen, giving the impression that the game has been erased or restarted.
