Nikolai Puchenko was a Russian who was arrested after Metro cops found a loaded weapon in his car. He was eventually charged with killing Chief Petty Officer Jack Vale and was presumably jailed for the crime while his associate, Arkady Kobach was eventually killed by Michael Franks.
