The Neural Recon Network Terminal is a Tradable 81 Month Player Reward. This terminal allows the user to reset one instance lockout time once every 48 hours by radialing the terminal and choosing the option Reset Lockout Time. It must be placed in a structure to be used, as a side affect other players can also use this terminal with no ill affect to your cooldown timer.
