Kintaro weaves the necessary handsigns between him and his susanoo or tailed beast chakra arms simultaneously and brings down a gigantic comet of ice from the upper atmosphere having it rain down on the enemy, this technique can wipe out an entire nation and requires the Six Paths Chakra and Ice Release to use. After the impact, the surrounding area becomes cold enough to place the entire country and surrounding lands into 3 to 5 year long winter, this is partially due to the senjutsu used impacting and changing the environment, however the use of it's Tengai Shinsei variant has the same effect so it is unknown if simply the six paths chakra is the cause or not.
