Arthoprodan is a moon orbiting 2x the distance from Earth, it has it's own intelligent species and is ruled by the working class of it's species. Conspiracy theorists say that the USA created Arthoprodan as an exile moon for communists and socialists, this is because there would've been documents from 100-500 years ago about a moon orbiting around our planet, this theory is supported by evidence of genetically modified animals that have Dinosaur DNA which are sent to Arthoprodan.
