Many of Skytopia's most prominent citizens are thought to be members, although its exact size is known only to those within the order. It is known that there are no individual ranks within the order, but rather all members have an equal say in affairs and decisions. While it is clear that the organization has existed for centuries, perhaps even since the time of Magnus himself, the specifics of their function remain a mystery to the Skytopian populace.
