The Long-Orbit Non-Guided Bombardment Orbital Weapon ("LONGBOW") was a satellite-based space-to-surface kinetic energy weapon employed by the Bastion during the Pendulum Wars. LONGBOW would serve as the theoretical precedent of the Hammer of Dawn satellite weapons, preparing the paradigm of placing weapons of mass destruction (WMD) in Sera's orbit.
