Berthol is a small town situated in the eastern border of Gallia. Berthol used to be a calm and beautiful place with broad seas of wheat but much of its beauty was ruined during the Empire's Invasion of Gallia. After the confession of Archduchess Cordelia, waves of Darcsens from the Empire flooded into Berthol and other border towns, turning it into a refugee camp.
