The Pizatronic Defibrillinationer Power Switcher is a machine built by Numbuh 3's sister, Mushi. It is used to transfer someone's superpowers to his/her evil creations. Before Count Spankulot had a chance to administer a spanking to Mushi for forking Numbuh 3's Posh Party Rainbow Monkey doll in Operation: C.L.U.E.S., Mushi used this machine on him to transfer his powers into the doll, which was unburied from its burial site and brought back to life as a Spankenstine Monster.
