Stance of Skies is Adamant Fern's first disciple, an Earth Aspect Dragon-Blood. A middle-aged man with a thick head of medium-length ash-gray hair, perpetually calm brown eyes, and cheeks ruddy from years under the sun, his compact and powerful build evinces the sheer strength of both his body and his personality. He was one of the leaders of the wandering party that became half of the Thousand Hands Convoy; it was his brother's ship whose mast became a tree, and he led the party that greeted the goddess who made it.
