The Ragesh III Administrative Council is the ruling government of the Centauri colony of Ragesh III. In 2258, Ragesh III was attacked by the Narn. In a broadcast, it was falsely claimed that the Ragesh III Administrative Council had requested aid from Centauri Prime, and had received no reply. In response, Council then asked for assistance from the Narn Regime, and that they had decided to ally with the Narn "of their own free will."
